Hey Everyone,
I’m excited to bring you a quick update on where things stand! We’ve made great progress on production and things are moving ahead smoothly.
Production Update:
- We started early production in mid-September, but we didn’t have final numbers at that time. Because of this, if you’re in the last 10-20% of backers, you might experience a slight delay compared to those who ordered earlier.
- We’re fulfilling orders based on Kickstarter order number first, then moving on to our BackerKit pre-order customers. Currently, we expect the first 80% of production to be done around October 15-20th.
- We’ll share photos and videos of the final sets as soon as we get them!

- If you’re missing your survey or have any issues, feel free to reach out, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Hey Everyone,
Great news! We’ve been in touch with the BackerKit support team and got everything sorted out, so there shouldn’t be any issues moving forward with the surveys.
A quick note for those of you who have made add-on selections: Once you get to the “Add More Add-ons” section of the survey, you’ll select your specific dice for the add-ons after that area. So, don’t worry if you don’t see the option immediately—just keep following the prompts!

Urgent Update: Important Notice for Backers with Add-Ons

Hey everyone,
We’ve just become aware of an issue affecting some orders, specifically for those who have added 2 - D20s, 3 - 8-piece sets, or 5 - 8-piece sets as add-ons. BackerKit is currently not allowing these backers to select their options/styles for these items.
If you’ve ordered any of these tiers as add-ons, please hold off on completing your survey for the moment. We’re currently in touch with BackerKit support and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We’ll let you know as soon as the issue is fixed, so you can complete your survey without any problems.

BackerKit and Kickstarter Updates
We're currently in the review phase for the BackerKit survey. BackerKit is reviewing all our details and survey questions to ensure everything is in order. Once Kickstarter completes its 14-day window for reviewing, collecting, and processing pledges (which we expect to happen around Monday/Tuesday next week – September 16th/17th), we’ll launch the survey.
Production Updates
We’ve designed some beautiful small 1d20 dice cases, each with a little window on top to proudly show off your d20 when it's stored. The dice are estimated to be ready by mid-October, and we can't wait for you to get your hands on them!
Important Reminder: Update Your Payment Info
As we move through this final stretch, please be sure to double-check your payment information on Kickstarter. If your card has failed to process, it could affect your ability to receive your dice. This is your last chance to update any payment details on kickstarter.
